Italian Design For Living uses a valid and effective courier service capable of meeting any needs. In Italy, for ready-to-delivery products, shipment is made within 48 hours, while for non-ready delivery products shipment will be made within 48 hours from the day the products are available.

As most of our items are handmade, delivery times can vary from 5 working days to 4/5 weeks, all this to ensure a high quality product exclusively Made in Italy.

Depending on the items chosen, you will be notified on the day of delivery of the material. Shipment times are purely indicative and may be delayed and / or varied due to unpredictable events such as natural disasters, for islands and strikes.

The day and time of delivery will be communicated by courier via e-mail and text message. For any problem in delivery and / or change of time, day or address please do not hesitate to contact us. Call us as soon as possible so we can arrange the delivery in the best possible way and we will not be liable to charge you for the material storage costs.

If an item is temporarily unavailable in our warehouse, it will be promptly contacted by email or phone in order to inform you about the unavailability of the product and decide which solution to take between:

suspend shipping until stock repository
replace the item with another
proceed to the partial shipment of the items available, if the order was for more than one item. In this case, you will be refunded the amount of unsold item.

The delivery note is always included with the goods. The invoice can be downloaded at the time of purchase by entering your data or by visiting www.italiandesignforliving.com entering the personal area.
